If you use natural shampoo and conditioner should you also use natural lotion face care or does it only matte?

You could, but whatever works for you. I use Burt's Bees shampoo and conditioner with no chemicals, and I use their body lotion if it's on sale. Otherwise I use pure vitamin E oil, then Victoria Secret's on top for some nice smell.
