Recipes for natural shampoo and conditioner?

i know this is not probably the right catagory, but thought i might try it. i am looking for some simple recipes for shampoo and conditioner that contains only natural ingredients. i was thinking it would be more environmentally friendly to use something like this because then all those chemicals are not going down the drain--hence the reason im asking in this section. i am not interested in spending gobbs of money on already made products either, i want to make them myself thanksRecipes for natural shampoo and conditioner?
believe it or not baking soda works great as a conditioner! i use henna to give my hair a redish hue and using baking soda really helps untangle my hair so everything rinses out smoothly! plus it's super cheap!Recipes for natural shampoo and conditioner?
The simplest organic shampoo you can make at home is a mixture of egg whites and lemon juice, about 3/4 egg white and 1/4 lemon juice mixed and whipped. It works pretty well, but be careful not to use the yolk of the egg or it can make your hair smell bad. The whites won't do that.
I've heard of using mayo for conditioner, but I sure wouldn't like the smell!

Wash with organic, unprocessed raw milk and condition with cold-pressed, unprocessed olive oil. Can it get any simpler?
