What is a good natural alternative to shampoo that won't strip my hair of its natural oils?

Well, my friend tries eggs.. Yes..raw eggs. (about 2) she cracks the egg, puts it in a bowl, and then she mixes up the yolk and stuff with a fork. then, she wets her hair with warm water and applies the egg solution to her hair... Massage through your hair then, with slightly cool (halfway between cool and warm) water, rinse it out. Don't use too warm or hot water...or you will cook the egg on your head.

Try this like maybe three times a week. My friend does it every other day. What is a good natural alternative to shampoo that won't strip my hair of its natural oils?
Go to a local health food store!

They have lots of natural and organic options for shampoo and conditioner, and they work very well.

Me and my mom use shampoo by Alba Botanica and it works just as well as any shampoo full of chemicals.
