you don't want to buy anything from a grocery store. Your best bet would be to go to your stylist and ask for a suggestion. You should get something moisturizing and a good conditioner. the one i use in my salon and suggest is Design Essential Moisture retention shampoo and Design Essential 6 in 1 reconstructing conditioner.
